Louise’s Journey
Louise walked away from a career as a corporate litigator to launch one of London’s first fitness blogs - and within months, was headhunted by 1Rebel with one brief: “Disrupt.” She did exactly that — onboarding as Head of Brand and redefining boutique fitness marketing and setting the tone for a career building some of the most ambitious brands in wellness and hospitality.
Since then, she’s co-created, launched, and scaled over 30 brands globally—spanning wellness fitness, recovery, beauty, luxury hotels, and tech—while growing her own agency. Her client list?
